On december 1st 2004, Banque Accord actually takes over personal loan and credit card activities of Egg France, as well as the call-centre located in Tours and the offices in Paris. Banque Accord commits itself preserving these two sites.

One year after its Visa card, Banque Accord (Auchan group) offers its Visa Premier card. The annual fee is 45 €.
Banque Accord, a subsidiary company of the Auchan group, has just launched in France a Visa Premier credit card at 45 ' intended to satisfy the request of its numerous customers - 2 million - including its customers already holders of top-of-the-range cards. The price of the second card of the household is fixed at 35'. The average price of a Premier card in France is between 110 Euros and 130 Euros.
One year after the successful launching of its bank card Visa, which counts today more than 140 000 carriers, and in accordance with its strategy of consumers bank, Banque Accord democratizes even more the credit card while allowing its customers to reach the wide services and guarantees offered by the Premier Card. It also completes its range of easy access and protected (at discount price) financial products.
This card combines all the advantages of the Visa Premier Credit Card with those of the Visa and Auchan Banque Accord cards and the loyalty program Waaoh! of Auchan.
